I first became a bailiff in October 1993 whilst employed by an east London private bailiff company. In 1996 I left to work for an east London local authority where I worked in the enforcement department specialising in the collection of council tax, business rate and road traffic act fines. During my time there I gained a wealth of experience and knowledge on how a local authority works and what is expected of bailiff companies

In 2002 I set up this company initially to enforce arrest warrants issued for council tax debt. Nobody specialised in this field or took it seriously. My first clients were in west London which soon spread to neighbouring boroughs who were recommended my services.

The company now provides a range of services services to seven boroughs to the north and west of London.

We are a small organisation that provides a bespoke service having excellent local knowledge and a good working relationship with our Clients. Our team of enforcement officers are hand picked with a wealth of experience.

Our specialist field is council tax and business rate collection. Our officers are not only fluent in enforcement law and regulations but know and understand how these forms of taxation work.

Our officers have prior background in this field and can identify vulnerabilities, fraudulent claimants etc.

All cases are followed up with no stone left unturned. If a debtor absconds then a free tracing service is offered to find the debtor.
