We also provide a collection service specialising only in council tax and business rate collection. This is a specialist field where our enforcement officers are all certificated by the County Court and have in depth knowledge of council tax and business rate legislation, collection and enforcement having previously been employed by local authorities so are aware of all the collection tools available and can advise the client accordingly of the fastest and most efficient method of collection. Training sessions are available to anybody from potential bailiffs to local and police authorities.
